Train a Manager to Manage

For years and years I always shirked responsibility. I shuddered at the mere mention of the word. I was happy being one of the drones at work and didn't want to aspire to anything but what I was.

Things changed quickly at work and I guess I must have done a good job, because my boss told me I would be managing a team responsible for a big project.

I didn't know a thing about project managing, so my boss told me to do a search for PMP Training. I found a website that offered courses and training and I enrolled in them. I wasn't getting it initially, but as time went on, I began to understand and employ the things I learned on my team.

I have been managing them for 3 months now and I am a good boss, people like me and I get the job done. PM Star provided me with the skills I needed and I'd recommend it to anyone.
